It was Mathieu van der Poels first Tour de France. The king of cross and rising
star in road cycling did want to win a stage and get into the yellow jersey in
remembrance of his grandfather Poupou who back in his days became second at the

This is the international race calendar on the highest level in cross country for next year. The world wide Covid-19 pandemic is still going on so all these dates could be postponed or even cancellad as seen in the just finished season of 2020.
When I got to know Pauline Ferrand-Prévôt she was World Champion in three cycling disciplines. In Cross Country, Cyclocross and on the Road. But she had a serious low. In the first race I saw with her she pulled out after some laps and stood at the sideline to cheer up her team mates.
After a very short Cross Country season as a conclusion we have two worthy European Champions on the driest course we saw this year.
Tahnée Seagrave is one of the best women in downhill of our time. In 2018 she
missed the worldcup overall title just by seconds. It's definitely worth it to
know a little bit more about her.
